These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the addonloft.com website, of AddonLoft browser addons (including Color Tabs and AI Chat Organizer), and your purchases of paid upgrades. AddonLoft is a brand operated by Miotix Cellular Applications Ltd ("we", "us"). By installing an addon, using this site, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our addons for your own use. Free features are free. Pro features require a valid license key (or an active trial) and are subject to the activation limits shown on the product page. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the addons, and you may not reverse engineer them except where the law expressly permits it.
You agree not to misuse the addons or the website: no attempts to break, overload, or probe our systems, no use of the addons to infringe others' rights, and no abuse of license keys (such as sharing a key beyond its activation limit).
The addons, this website, and the AddonLoft and product names, logos, and designs are our property or used with permission, and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Our addons are distributed through browser stores such as the Chrome Web Store, whose own terms also apply to you. Browsers change; a browser update may affect how an addon works until we ship a fix.
Paid upgrades are sold through Freemius, Inc., acting as the merchant of record. Freemius operates the checkout, processes your payment, issues the invoice, and handles applicable taxes such as VAT or sales tax. Freemius' own terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction alongside these terms. The products themselves are made and supported by AddonLoft.
Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page and at checkout. Depending on your country, tax (such as VAT) may be added or included at checkout; this is calculated and remitted by Freemius. The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay.
After purchase you receive a license key by email. A license unlocks the Pro features of the specific addon it was purchased for, on up to the number of devices stated on that addon's product page (for example, Color Tabs Pro: 5 devices). One-time ("lifetime") licenses do not renew, do not expire, and include future updates of that addon. You can deactivate a device from the addon's settings to free an activation slot. License keys are personal and may not be shared, published, or resold.
Some addons include a built-in free trial of the Pro features (for example, 7 days starting at installation). Built-in trials require no payment details and end automatically: Pro features lock, the free features keep working, and nothing you created is deleted. No charge is ever made for a built-in trial.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with a purchase, contact us at [email protected] or reply to your receipt email within 14 days of purchase, and the payment will be refunded in full. Refunds are processed by Freemius back to the original payment method. After a refund, the license key is deactivated.
Pro purchases include email support and all future updates of the purchased addon. We aim to answer support requests within a few business days. We work to keep the addons updated and compatible, but we may modify, replace, or discontinue features or entire addons; if we ever discontinue a paid addon, existing licenses keep working with the last released version.
We may deactivate license keys obtained fraudulently, shared beyond their activation limit, or resold. Chargebacks filed instead of using the refund policy may result in license deactivation.
The addons and the website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim (or 10 USD if you paid nothing).
You can stop using the addons at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or terminate a license that violates these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property and liability) survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Israel. We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address with its date, and the version in force at the time of a purchase applies to that purchase.
